About NORVEGIED

Is NORVEGIED an official brand?

Yes. NORVEGIED is an independent menswear brand that designs and sells its own original products directly through this website.

Do you sell authentic products?

All products sold on this website are original NORVEGIED designs. We do not sell third-party, counterfeit, or reseller products.


Orders

How do I place an order?

Simply select your item, choose the correct size and color, add it to your cart, and complete checkout securely through our website.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, please contact us immediately. Once an order has been shipped, changes or cancellations may not be possible.


Shipping

Where do you ship?

We currently ship only within the United States.

What shipping carrier do you use?

All orders are shipped using UPS.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 2 business days. After shipment, delivery typically takes 5–8 business days.

Total estimated delivery time is 7–10 business days (business days only).

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a UPS tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Size & Fit

How do your products fit?

NORVEGIED clothing is designed with oversized and relaxed fits. Fit details are provided on each product page.

What size should I choose?

For a true oversized look, choose your usual size. For a more fitted look, consider sizing down. If you are between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size.

Do you have a size guide?

Yes. Please refer to our Size & Fit Guide page for detailed measurements and fit explanations.


Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

When is return shipping free?

Return shipping is free if the item has a defect, design issue, sizing error, or if the wrong item was sent.

Who pays for return shipping if I change my mind?

If the item has no issue and you wish to return it due to size or personal preference, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

How are returns shipped?

All returns must be shipped using UPS Access Point®. Return labels are created through our Shopify return system.


Refunds

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

Are shipping fees refundable?

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a NORVEGIED error.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure payments through trusted third-party payment providers available at checkout.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All payments are processed securely. NORVEGIED does not store your full payment details.
